Taska plans and feature comparison

Updated:

Taska has five plans. Free and Pro apply in your personal space, Free Team and Business in a team space, and Enterprise is arranged for large companies.

Which plans there are

PlanWhere it appliesPrice
Freepersonal spacefree, with no time limit
Propersonal space390 ₽ per month with monthly billing
Free Teamteam space with up to 5 membersfree, with no time limit
Businessteam space with any number of members580 ₽ per seat per month with monthly billing

A personal plan works only in your personal space. A team plan works only in the team space it was paid for. See “Personal and team plans: what applies where” for details.

Pro and Business prices

Pro is paid for one person, Business for each seat in the team. The longer the billing period, the lower the price per month.

PeriodProBusiness, per seat
1 month390 ₽580 ₽
1 year3,480 ₽ (290 ₽ per month)5,400 ₽ (450 ₽ per month)
2 years6,480 ₽ (270 ₽ per month)9,840 ₽ (410 ₽ per month)
3 years8,640 ₽ (240 ₽ per month)13,320 ₽ (370 ₽ per month)
  • Prices are in Russian rubles. VAT is not charged: the seller is self-employed and uses the professional income tax regime.
  • You pay for the whole period you choose, in advance.
  • The Business total depends on the number of seats. For example, 5 seats with monthly billing cost 2,900 ₽ per month. A seat is taken by everyone with the “Owner”, “Admin” or “Member” role, and guests are free. See “Business seats: who takes a seat and how to change the number of seats” for details.
  • Renewals are paid by invoice. Taska issues it 3 days before the paid period ends.
  • The renewal invoice uses the price fixed when you subscribed. If Taska changes its prices, the new prices apply to new subscriptions. The price is recalculated if you change the plan or the billing period, or subscribe again after your subscription has ended. If you pay the renewal invoice late, but within 30 days after the end of the period, the subscription comes back at the same price.
  • The checkout window shows the exact amount before you go to payment. Subscribing to Pro is described in “How to subscribe to Pro”.

Trials

  • Pro trial. Starts by itself when you sign up, lasts 14 days and needs no card. It's given once per email address. After it ends, the account switches to Free.
  • Business trial. A new team space gets it for 30 days, also without a card. An owner gets the Business trial once. It can be extended by 14 days, also once. After it ends, the space switches to Free Team.

A trial includes everything in the paid plan, with two exceptions. The change history and the project activity show only the last 20 operations, and no monthly TaskAI sparks are added.

Feature comparison

“Preview” means you can see the feature but can't set it up. In “read-only” mode, whatever was created earlier, for example during a trial, stays in place, but you can't create anything new.

A few more rules apply.

  • Board process, status automations, blockers, related tasks, the board dashboard and time tracking work only in team spaces. Your personal space doesn't have them on any plan.
  • Everyone who takes a seat in a team on Business or on its trial gets Pro in their personal space at no extra cost. If they had their own paid Pro, it's paused for this time, and its remaining days are kept.
  • An owner can have only one free team space on Free Team. You can have as many spaces on Business as you like.
  • Interface colors depend on your personal plan. Free unlocks 5 of the 22 colors, Pro unlocks all of them. See “Color mode and color theme” for details.
  • TaskAI uses sparks. A paid Pro gives you 8,000 sparks a month. A team on Business gets 8,000 sparks a month for each paid seat, and these sparks are shared by its owner, admins and members. Unused monthly sparks expire when the next month of the subscription starts. A trial and Pro provided by a team don't come with monthly sparks.
  • Spark packs are bought separately from the subscription, on any plan.

Enterprise

Enterprise is for companies with 100 people or more. Terms and price are agreed individually. Contact us with the “Contact us” button on the Enterprise card on the pricing page of the Taska website.

What happens when a paid plan ends

Your data isn't deleted. The space switches to the free plan, and whatever doesn't fit its limits stays available to view.
