All prices are in rubles and are final; VAT is not charged (the provider applies the professional-income tax regime). The trial is the full paid plan with no restrictions; when it ends your account is not blocked but switches to the free plan with your data kept. A member of a paid team automatically gets Pro in their personal space.
How the plans work
Everyone in Taska has a personal space, and teams have shared ones. That is why the plans come in two pairs:
- Free and Pro are for your personal space: your own tasks, notes and knowledge base.
- Free Team and Business are for a team space: you pay for each member.
A member of a paid team automatically gets Pro in their personal space: personal and work tasks live in one account, and you never pay for them twice.
Pay per member
Business is billed for each member of the space. Paying yearly makes a seat cheaper than paying monthly.
Free trial
Pro can be tried without a card, Business has its own trial. The number of trial days is shown on the plan cards above.
Billing questions
How much does Taska cost for a team?
Free Team is free for a small team. When the team grows or needs paid features, it moves to Business: you pay for each member per month, and less when paying yearly. Exact prices and limits are on the plan cards at the top of the page, taken straight from our billing system.
What happens if I don't renew?
Your data is not deleted. The space moves to the free plan, and anything beyond its limits is frozen: you can see it, and edit it again after renewing or once the volume shrinks.
Is there a plan for large companies?
Yes, Enterprise for companies of 100 people or more. Terms are discussed individually: write to us and we will find a format that fits your structure.
How do I pay?
Online, by bank card via YooKassa. Monthly, or for one, two or three years at once.
How much does TaskAI cost?
TaskAI runs on sparks: spending depends on the amount of work, and the space owner sets a limit per member. More on the TaskAI page.
