## Under the owner's control

- **User permissions.** TaskAI sees and changes only what is available to the person asking.
- **Change mode.** The space owner decides whether TaskAI may change data or only read and suggest.
- **Spark limit per member.** Spending is set in advance and stays under control.
- **Confirmation of important actions.** Before deletions and bulk edits, TaskAI shows exactly what it will change.
- **Log and undo.** TaskAI's changes go to the activity log, and deleted items can be restored from the trash.

## How the cost works

TaskAI spends sparks: the more work in a request, the more sparks. Recurring routines run cheaper from the second run on, because they repeat a recorded plan. Everything else in Taska works without TaskAI, and you don't pay for it until you need it.

## Frequently asked questions

Which models does TaskAI run on?

On language models in Yandex Cloud, with processing only on the territory of Russia. Requests and answers are not used to train models, details are in the [privacy policy](https://taska.be/en/legal/privacy).

Can I forbid TaskAI from changing data?

Yes. The space owner switches TaskAI to read-only mode: it answers and suggests changes but doesn't make them itself.

Can I connect an external assistant to Taska: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor?
