# Refund Terms

How to cancel a subscription and get a refund in the Taska service

Version of September 5, 2026 [Terms of Service](https://taska.be/en/legal/terms)

Contents

These Refund Terms set out how a User may withdraw from the agreement and obtain a refund of amounts paid for access to the paid functionality of the Taska service.

These Terms form an integral part of the Terms of Service (public offer) and elaborate on its "Refunds" section. In case of any discrepancy, the Terms of Service prevail.

## 1. General provisions

A User may withdraw from the agreement at any time, provided that the Operator is reimbursed for the costs actually incurred in performing the agreement (Article 32 of the Russian Federation Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

These Terms apply to all paid plans of the Service and to every payment method available to the User at the time of payment.

Cancelling a subscription does not delete the User's account or data: at the end of the paid period the account is moved to the free plan with its content preserved.

## 2. Grounds for a refund

If a User who is a natural person cancels a subscription before the end of the paid period, the part of the amount paid that is proportional to the unused remainder of the period is refundable, less the costs actually incurred by the Operator. The unused remainder is calculated in calendar days from the date the cancellation request is received.

A full refund is issued in the following cases:

- the payment was charged after the User had turned off automatic renewal;
- the payment was charged after the User had removed their payment method;
- access to the paid functionality proved technically impossible through the fault of the Operator;
- the payment was made by mistake and the paid functionality was not used.

## 3. How to submit a request

A refund request is sent to support@taska.be or via Telegram to @i_podprugin.

The request should state:

- the email address of the account the payment relates to;
- the invoice number, or the date and amount of the payment;
- the reason for cancelling (optional);
- refund details, if a refund by the original method is not possible.

No special form is required. A free-form request containing the information listed above will be accepted for review.

## 4. Review and refund deadlines

A refund claim is satisfied within ten days of the date it is submitted (Article 31 of the Russian Federation Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights").

The time it takes for the funds to reach the User's account depends on the issuing bank and the payment provider and is usually one to ten business days from the moment the Operator processes the refund.

## 5. Refund method

Refunds are issued using the same method as the original payment. If a refund by the original method is impossible for reasons beyond the Operator's control, an alternative method is agreed with the User separately.

When issuing a refund, the Operator cancels the previously generated receipt and sends the User a refund confirmation in accordance with Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27 November 2018.

## 6. Contacts

Email: support@taska.be

Telegram: @i_podprugin

Requests are handled in the order they are received. The reply is sent by the same channel the request came from, unless the User specifies otherwise.
