# Quick questions on each screen

Quick TaskAI questions sit in the header of almost every Taska screen. Pick a ready-made question about a task, board or project, check its text and start the chat.

Good to know

A TaskAI answer spends sparks, and the price is shown under each answer. A ready-made question isn't sent right away, Taska shows you its text first. If there's no sparkle button on the screen, TaskAI isn't available to your account.

## How to ask a quick question

1. Click the button with sparkles and an arrow in the screen header. Its tooltip says “Ask TaskAI”.
2. Choose a question from the list.
3. The TaskAI panel opens on the right with a “New chat with TaskAI” card. If you need to, edit the question right in the card.
4. Click “Start chat” or press Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on a Mac).

“Cancel” removes the card, the question isn't sent and no sparks are spent. A quick question always starts a new chat.

The first menu item, “Contact TaskAI”, opens a chat about this screen, and you type the question yourself. Questions that change data, for example assign people or set deadlines, ask TaskAI to show what it will do first. It makes the changes after you reply.

The overview of an extended project has its own TaskAI block. It has tiles with ready-made reviews and an “Ask TaskAI about the project…” field.

## “TaskAI suggests” hints

On a board and in a project, the owner and admins of the space see a “TaskAI suggests” block in the TaskAI menu. It holds hints about what needs attention, for example tasks with no movement for over a week or an overloaded column. Until you look at a hint, the sparkle button is highlighted and shows a number, and its tooltip says “TaskAI has a suggestion”. Clicking a hint offers to start a chat about it, the same way a ready-made question does. The “Hide for 3 days” cross removes the hint.

On a phone

Some screens have no sparkle button in the header. There, the TaskAI questions are in the screen's “⋮” menu.

TaskAI doesn't change data in a team space

The owner or an admin may have stopped TaskAI from changing data in the space settings. Then TaskAI only answers questions in that space.
